Hallway Xpress provides apartment package delivery services by transporting packages from designated pickup areas (such as lobbies or package rooms) to residents’ doors within participating apartment communities. Hallway Xpress does not act as a shipping carrier and is not responsible for the initial package delivery to the building.
2. Eligibility
Services are available only to:
- Residents of participating apartment communities
- Authorized property managers and staff
Users must provide accurate information when signing up for Hallway Xpress services.
3. Accepted & Restricted Items
✔ Accepted Items
- Standard packages and envelopes
- Online retail deliveries
- Non-perishable goods
❌ Restricted Items
Hallway Xpress does not deliver:
- Perishable food or groceries
- Hazardous, illegal, or flammable materials
- Weapons, firearms, or ammunition
- Oversized furniture or extremely heavy items
- Animals or living creatures
Hallway Xpress reserves the right to refuse delivery of any item at its discretion.
4. Package Handling & Liability
Hallway Xpress handles all packages with reasonable care. However:
- We are not responsible for damage caused by poor packaging from the original sender.
- Liability is limited to the reasonable value of the package delivery service provided.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery to the resident’s door unless proven to be caused by our negligence.
5. Delivery Access
Residents are responsible for ensuring:
- Proper access to the building and delivery areas
- Accurate unit numbers and delivery instructions
Failure to provide access may result in delayed or canceled delivery.
6. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:
- High package volume
- Weather conditions
- Building access issues
- Safety concerns
7. Subscription & Usage
Subscription services may be subject to:
- Fair use policies
- Monthly delivery limits based on selected plans
Hallway Xpress reserves the right to adjust services to ensure quality and availability.
8. Cancellations & Service Changes
Hallway Xpress may suspend or terminate service:
- For misuse or violation of these Terms
- For safety or security concerns
- Due to operational limitations
We may also modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice.
9. Privacy

10. Limitation of Liability
